Welcome to a special property tour episode of Spilling the Beans! Today I'm hanging out with my buddy Dan Rivers, a local real estate investor and broker who has been on the podcast once before. The Helm is kind of like a micro office for entrepreneurs with three offices downstairs and six upstairs -- including the Legacy Wealth office in room 5!
