Hey, welcome to Spilling the Beans! Today I'm sitting down with Clint and Kristen Gaskins. They are the owners of a couple of different restaurants, including one called Longboard here in Charleston over on Sullivan's Island. And that's where we're going to be meeting up with them and interviewing them about how they've started in the restaurant business, how they've grown, how they've expanded into multiple restaurants, and kind of what gives them the competitive edge in an industry that is is very cutthroat. We’re also going to be talking a lot about their other restaurant in St. Thomas and how they’re operating a thriving business from 1,500 miles away.
