Spilling the Beans is back in Charleston! This week, I’m sitting down with my friend Hank Maxwell. Hank is the owner of Maxwell Creative Contracting, which specializes in building fine homes and remodeling. He’s also a project manager for a bunch of our deals and a partner in some of our development projects, including Legacy Island and our Rincon, GA townhome project.
