Hey, guys. Welcome to Spilling the Beans! I am up at the Legacy Lodge in Franklin, North Carolina, at our three year veteran member retreat, about to sit down with Cory Janson. Cory is partnered up with his family to scale their rental portfolio. They have over 100 doors and will pick up another 200 in the next couple of months. They also own a couple of businesses, laundromats and some other things.
