When I was first wholesaling and starting to buy apartment buildings in 2012-2013, Greg came in with some international investors and brought them around in order to try to buy some turnkey properties Cleveland, and we just kind of stayed connected. Today we're talking about the 180-unit apartment complex he just built and how he just exited the business of a 100-acre gold mine.
