Scott is a real estate broker, he has a local investment company that flips houses, and he invest actively AND passively as an LP and a GP in some multifamily properties around the Southeast. We'll be talking a little bit about his journey -- he's been in the business for 20 years, so he's seen some market cycles. I definitely want to ask him some questions about how this market cycle compares to the 2005-2010 market cycle. And then, how he's gone from brokering to investing to now owning and and passively investing as an LP and different in different syndications.
