sitting down with my Chief Marketing Officer and Director of
Acquisitions, Nick Burton. Nick has been with the team for nine
years now and he's gone through the residential side of flipping
houses, the turnkey side of things, the property management
company, acquiring thousands of apartments, offices, mixed use,
retail, self self-storage, everything that you can imagine, land we
bought and built and acquired and CapEx and all that stuff. Every
single asset class. And we're going to be sitting down today
